Oasis Bassist Calls Jay-Z A Schoolgirl

Oasis bassist Gem Archer has called Jay-Z a schoolgirl after the rapper wrote a song about his feud with Noel Gallagher.

In new track, 'Jockin' Jay-Z', the New York MC spits out the lyrics: "That bloke from Oasis said I couldn't play guitar/Someboy shoulda told him I'm a f***in' rockstar."

Now Gem tells The Sun: "It's like eight year-old girls in a school-yard, running off and writing ditties like that. Grow up!"

He added: "But rappers love a ruck. It's what they do. They set out to have a fight and it's there in their lyrics."

The pair first clashed earlier in the year, when the rapper was chosen to headline this year's Glastonbury festival, a decision Noel felt was "wrong".
