A very quick TI update for you, so you're fully up to speed.

You remember how the rapper, currently under house arrest pending all those illegal weapon charges, had asked the courts if he could hold a Thanksgiving dinner for his family at this Atlanta home, even though such parties would normally violate his bail conditions? Well, his lawyers yesterday withdrew their request after prosecutors kicked up a fuss that he had asked in the first place. Prosecutors said TI's demands would be a drain on their resources, because they'd have to run checks on all his guests, plus the fact he was making such demands demonstrated he just did not appreciate how lucky he was to have been let out of jail on bail at all. Presumably not wanting to give the prosecution any more ammunition against their client, TI's attorney quickly responded by withdrawing his request for court permission for the dinner.
