Kanye West has revealed he is working on an alternative version of his new single.

‘Love Lockdown’ was posted on Kanye’s official blog last week, but the rapper has since labelled the track as an unfinished demo.

Writing on his blog again, the Atlanta rapper said: “Your prayers have been answered. There’s a new version of ‘Love Lockdown’ coming.

“We used new taiko drums and I re-sung it. It’s being mastered now.”

Kanye also hit out at critics who have knocked the single, the first to feature Kanye singing using Auto-Tune instead of rapping.

He added: “If you don't like Auto-Tune, too bad ‘cause I love it and have been using it since The College Dropout!"
