Eminem Album To Feature Stan Sequel
Eminem's sixth studio album will feature a track labelled as the follow-up to his 2000 hit single 'Stan'.
US record producer Swizz Beatz, who says he has five songs in consideration for Relapse, revealed that one of his collaborations is the natural successor to the No.1 tune, which famously sampled Dido's 'Thank You'.
Speaking to MTV, Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, said: "You know how 'Stan'... was the big [song]? So I worked on part two, and I think it was, like, totally genius."
He added that the album, due out in early 2009, sees the rapper rise to the occasion.
Kasseem said: "It's the Eminem that you missed, that you loved, that you need, especially right now in the industry, going into '09.
"He's coming back to take the cake."
Contributors already revealed for Relapse include close allies Dr Dre and 50 Cent, who are tipped to join forces on one of the album's songs.
