Dizzee Rascal And Wiley Go Head To Head In BET Awards

Old pals Dizzee Rascal and Wiley are going head to head for best UK act at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards.

The duo, who will also compete for best male at this year’s Mobo Awards, join Skepta, Giggs, Ghetto and highly-rated newcomer Chipmunk in the nominations.

BET International general manager Michael Armstrong says, “We are delighted to host the best UK act category in its third year as part of the annual BET Hip Hop Awards.

“As a result of our continued support we believe British hip hop has made tangible progress, not only by raising its profile in the largest urban music market but also affording previous winners access to 89m television households in North America and the Caribbean”.

The event takes place on October 18 in Atlanta, GA on 18th October.
