50 Cent: My Album Was No1 Internationally
50 Cent has reneged from his promise to quit hip hop following album sales defeat to Kanye West.
Although Fiddy sold 691,000 in its first week of sales in the US compared to Kanye's Graduation managing 957,000, 50 is using a technicality to insist he was the real winner.
But now 50, real name Curtis Jackson, tells the New York Daily News: "My album was No 1 internationally the week it came out. It was the No 1 European album."
Sadly for the New York rapper, Curtis was still outsold by Graduation worldwide.
