The rapper’s music videos show him hosting lavish parties in the hottest nightclubs, but in real life, 50 would rather stay at home than go out on the town. He is currently on tour in the UK, and says he rarely attends after-show parties, preferring to go back to his hotel to have a bath.

"I'm the most focused person in the whole construct," he said. "There's a party going on, but just not in my room. When I get back to the hotel I just hit the tub and watch a lot of movies."

While he’s not the party animal he appears to be in his music promos, 50 insists other aspects of his music, like his hatred for fellow rapper Jay-Z, are 100% real. The star has had a long-running feud with Beyonce Knowles’ husband, but these days he is trying to stop it escalating into violence.

“We have no relationship,” he told British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

Asked if his boast that he has more weapons than a gun store was true, 50 replied. "Actually I do have. But I'll try not to use them."
