Beyonce The singer’s close friend and former Destiny’s Child bandmate Kelly Rowland has revealed she is addicted to the calorific cakes known as Honey Buns. The sweet treat has a special glazed frosting which Beyoncé can’t get enough of, and Kelly claims she is regularly to be found feasting on them.
“She in love with Honey Buns,” Kelly laughed. “They are these buns with a honey glaze. She can't get enough of them. I don't know how she does it because she still looks amazing.”
Beyonce is famed for her toned figure, but has previously admitted she finds dieting tough. She loves fried food and gorging on junk, explaining she keeps in shape with rigorous work outs rather than by watching her calories intake.
"I always say, 'I don't want to lose my curves.' I like firm curves," she said. "You can never do enough squats, you can never do enough sit-ups. I like for women to look feminine."
