Mariah Carey Prank Called Her Husband
The 40-year-old singer has been married to Nick Cannon for 21 months, and the pair have been open about how attracted they are to each other. Nick hosts a show called Rollin With Nick Cannon on 923 Now FM, and Mariah decided to try to embarrass him live on air during a debate titled, ‘Is porn bad for your relationship?’.
She called the station and pretended to be a woman called Debbie who was obsessed with watching X-rated movies with her partner. “Me and my husband have a very good time but we watch porn and I don't think it's bad,” Mariah said in a put-on Long Island accent. “Nick, you know you look at porn. Tonight when me and my husband look at porn I know it's going to be a humdinger.”
Nick, 29, immediately realised the true identity of ‘Debbie’, and after a few awkward seconds decided to call his wife’s bluff. “Ladies and gentleman this is how hilarious my wife is,” he laughed.
It is not the first time Mariah has alluded to the couple’s bedroom antics in public. Last year, she threw a birthday party for her husband in Las Vegas at which she presented him with a cake emblazoned with the words: “Happy Birthday DJ Sex Fingers - Love, M.C.C.”
