Usher Isn't Afraid To Cry

By MusicRooms on 03/12/2009
R&B singer Usher Raymond is best known for his soulful sensitive lyrics and for being a notorious "mama's boy," but in a recent interview with Fancast.com, Usher admits that there are other things that make him cry besides his mother's disapproval.

Perhaps in an attempt to make his female fans swoon as he takes time off the stage, the music superstar told Fancast's Todd Gold that it's ok to cry when watching ABC's 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.' An admitted fan of the show and this Sunday's celebrity guest volunteer, Usher said "I can't say that I'm a crier every time I watch, but this time I cried. They got me on camera crying. I couldn't help it."

Usher returned to his home state of Tennessee to help build a new home for Clarksville resident, Trina Scott and her three daughters. Scott lost her husband, Dave, a Clarksville police officer, in 2002 when he and his partner were tragically killed while on duty.
