The second annual awards ceremony will be honouring Kano for Best UK Hip Hop
Act.
Rapper Kano jokingly told MTV: "I won. Unlike the MOBOs, I won. They love me."
It could even lead to a move to the US, as Kano adds: "I want to try and get
out there."
Although Kano has been announced as the UK winner, the awards don't take place
in Atlanta until October 13.
