Jay-Z to host party in Australia
Jay-Z The rap mogul will turn 41 on Saturday, and plans to celebrate in style with his gorgeous R&B singer wife Beyoncé Knowles and pals.
Jay-Z is currently travelling around Australia joining Irish rock band U2 on their tour, and Beyoncé has joined him so that she can be with him on his big day in the city of Melbourne.
“Rap star Jay-Z is expected to throw himself a Big Pimpin Melbourne birthday bash this weekend,” reports Australian website news.com.au.
The website claims Jay-Z’s birthday night will be a “bangin’ soiree”, and if his past celebrations are anything to go by, the night will certainly be lavish.
For his milestone 40th birthday, the rapper flew pals such as Kanye West, Oprah Winfrey, Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige over to the Caribbean island of the Dominican Republic for a luxurious jaunt where they feasted on champagne and caviar.
Jay-Z doesn’t just plan extravagant nights for himself though, when it was Beyoncé’s 29th birthday he surprised the beauty by hiring out an exclusive New York restaurant, as well as reportedly giving her an island as a birthday gift.
While he waits for his big day to arrive, Jay-Z is said to have been working on his music at the Sing Sing Recording Studios in Melbourne.
The talented rapper and his wife were spotted sightseeing and enjoying a romantic dinner earlier this week.
