Lil' Wayne expects to be "bulky" when he is released from jail.

The 'Lollipop' rapper posted his latest letter to his fans from prison in New York - where he is currently being held on weapons charges - expressing his desire never to return to jail, and talking about pumping iron and playing Uno.

In the letter, posted on weezythanxyou.com, he said: "Well aint nothing going on in here but the time, which seems like it's taking forever.

"Last night, I kicked a*s in UNO! Anyway, that's neither here nor there. Just thought I'd let y'all know. Gotta stay hydrated. Though it's hot, I still work out. Now don't be expecting me to look like Hercules when I get out, but I should be a little bulky. I guess."

He added: "I'm trying to make the most out of every second tho, mentally (sic). There's some pretty cool people in here. Even though this isn't a cool place to be. I've learned plenty already and the best lesson is to not come back."

Wayne also wrote a long list of thank you messages to fans and friends who had written to him in prison.

The rapper was jailed in March and is expected to be released around November this year.

He is already planning to release his 'I'm Not A Human Being' EP upon being let out of prison, which he recorded just before being admitted to the Rikers Island jail in New York.
