Kanye West discusses Bieber collaboration
Kanye West Kanye started the conversation in the morning when he revealed he was a big fan of the young star and was listening to Justin’s songs. The rapper was so impressed by Justin, he took to his Twitter account to sing his praises.
"Listening to @ Justin Bieber Run Away love. I love Sunday mornings in the crib," Kanye wrote.
An hour later Kanye confessed he was still listening to the same track, adding he has something in common with the 16-year-old teen heartthrob.
"But I have listened to Runaway Love about 10 times so far," Kanye tweeted. "Ironically I got a song called Runaway on my new album too."
Justin soon realised Kanye was enjoying his material and began replying to the award-winning musician.
"It's not a so what moment for me. I'm 16 and a fan. I'm kinda hyped u are listening to my stuff. Thank u. Nice sunday morning," Justin wrote in a post.
As the music stars continued to admire each other’s work, Kanye suggested the pair should meet up in a recording studio. He also proposed Wu-Tang Clan rapper Raekwon could get involved in the collaboration.
"I'm honored that you like my Music @JustinBieber!!!" Kanye wrote. "You gotta hear the album. Maybe we can do something together. Me, You and Raekwon.
"Maybe me and Rae should hop on Runaway Love! FLEX would drop bombs!"
Justin was thrilled with the suggestion, revealing it would be a dream come true for him to work with Kanye and Raekwon.
"Me, u, and the chef 2gether on a song = EPIC," Justin added. "Might sound crazy 2 u but even having this convo is living the dream. Thanks."
In other Kanye news the rapper has said he has given up swearing in public as part of a new "positive" way of thinking.
The 33-year-old rapper revealed he has adopted a new take on life and hip hop, and said he does not need to be in a "dark place" to make great music.
In a radio interview with DJ Clue, the Golddigga star said: "That's the Rosewood mentality, like affluence, like not cursing loud in public, pulling out chairs for your lady, opening up doors ... That's where I'm at at 33 and it's all 'cause I'm at this really good emotional, great place in my life, and they're always saying in hip-hop that you have to be in a dark place to make great hip-hop. I feel like I rap better than I've ever rapped at this point. I be writing raps and I don't even realise how positive they are. They just sound like regular good negative raps."
