Lil Wayne's ex manager claims she hasn't been paid since 2005.

Melissa Philipian has sued Lil Waune for $500,000 reports Hip Hop DX.

The story goes that, Philipian was apparently sacked by Lil Wayne for a Hotel Booking which the rapper felt to be huge. Later in 2006, she sued Lil Wayne for failing to pay her after having singed a three-year agreement. Lil Wayne claimed that he never signed a contract with Philipian and that she forged his signature. The matter was later settled out of court for $375,000.

In recent days, a YouTube video has emerged , pointing fingers at Wayne suggesting he lied under oath. Video includes evidence in which Wayne acknowledges Philipian as his manager and everything she had accomplished for him.

The former manager has now filed another lawsuit, accusing Lil Wayne, Cash Money, and Universal Music Group of fraud, tortious interference, civil conspiracy, and breach of contract.
