T.I. Wants People To Forgive Chris Brown
T.I The 29-year-old - who shares the screen with the R&B star in the new movie Takers - tells JET: "All of us are sinners. All of us have done wrong.
"Just because you didn't do wrong in front of America doesn't mean that you ain't been in a position where you had to be forgiven and given another shot...
"Put the light on forgiveness."
T.I has also been in trouble with law.
In December he was released from prison after serving nearly a year's sentence on a federal weapons possession charge.
But the rapper - real name Clifford Harris Jr - says he is "a changed man."
Ironically, in his latest film T.I. plays a bank robber who returns to theft on the day that he leaves prison.
The rapper appears in the ensemble cast alongside British actor Idris Elba, Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, Hayden Christensen, Michael Ealy and Brown.
