P Diddy Owes NYC $1 Million For Illegal Posters'

Hip-hop bad boy P Diddy owes New York City almost $1 million for illegally plastering promotional posters all over Manhattan.
Diddy, real name Sean Combs, 39, is said to owe a whopping $996,000. Boxer-turned producer Doug E. Fresh, Mickey Rourke's plastic surgeon, and rapper Remy Ma's defence lawyer are also accused of using illegal fly-posting to promote their work.
A report in the New York Daily News said the group were among thousands of people and companies that collectively owe $1.9 billion to the city of New York.
Finance commissioner David Frankel said, "We are going to find these people. We're going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we're going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets."
