Dermot O’Leary: Rylan would be fun as Xtra Factor presenter
Dermot O’Leary reckons Rylan Clark would be a good replacement presenter for Oly Murs on ITV2’s X Factor spin off show.
Dermot says since the flamboyant stars departure it’s certainly been quiet and says Rylan has been missed.
Rumours are abound that Essex model Clark could be set to step into fellow Essex boy Ole Mur’s shoes, after the singer announced his intended departure from the programme.
O’Leary made his comments at the Ele Style Awards and added that it would most certainly be fun to have bubbly Rylan around once again, saying the place was a lot quieter without him and pointed out that comparisons between Clark and Muys were pointless as the two are ‘different people’.
Rylan’s outgoing personality ensured he was a hit with viewers even if his singing wasn’t the best.
Twenty four year old Rylan finished fifth on the X Factor’s ninth series last year and his popularity also won him this year’s Celebrity Big Brother title.
