The Apprentice winner Stella English is apparently launching legal action against Lord Alan Sugar for “constructive dismissal”.

The 2010 show winner was unhappy when Sugar fired her, and she is so angry about the way she has been treated that she is going against advice and taking on Sugar in the courts.

English was placed in a junior role in Sugar’s Vigien, and then later moved to YouView but quit the job after being told that her contract would not be renewed.

And insider said, "Lord Sugar had tried to help Stella. When she was unhappy in one job he moved her. But it was Stella who left just two months before the contract ended, she was desperate to go.”

Of all the winners of the show, only 2009 winner Yasmina Siadatan is still in employment with the businessman. Last year’s winner became a business partner with Sugar rather than being put into employment.
