Tom Jones would like X Factor judging role

Tom Jones Despite being signed up to judge The Voice on BBC 1, the veteran singer wouldn't say no its ITV rival.
He may be signed up to judge on BBC1’s UK version of The Voice, but it seems that there is another show Welsh legend Sir Tom Jones would like to get his teeth into – The X Factor.
The veteran singer told The Daily Star that he would love to be a judge on the rival talent show, and although many in the industry seem to a bit wary of TV talent shows, Sir Tom is not one of them.
The star said, "I would like to be a judge on The X Factor for sure: These talent shows are a good thing, but only as long as the kids are treated properly. They go straight in at the deep end and are not ready for it. That's my only fear."
The Voice is due to start on BBC1 soon.
