Ronnie Corbett collapses at celebration meal

Ronnie Corbett The star was celebrating his CBE with family when he collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
Ronnie Corbett is well known for being one of the hardest working comics in the business, and it looks like the hard work was taking its toll on him after reports that he collapsed at a meal in celebration of his CBE.
The 81 year old was taken to hospital from the Chinese restaurant he was eating at and was forced to remain in hospital for two days after the incident.
Ronnie was celebrating his honour with his wife, daughters and grandchildren when he was said to have muttered, “I feel terrible” before falling to the floor.
His wife commented on the incident, saying, “He is now just resting but I think he will have to slow down a bit. He is 81 and he never stops.”
