Children In Need line up includes Doctor Who, Alan Sugar and Westlife
Alan Sugar It’s almost time again for Sir Terrance of Wogan to take to the stage for Children In Need 2011, and it seems like he has quite a bit of company this year.
As always, stars have lined up to be involved in the charity fundraising event, with the Eastenders cast, Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer and Lord Alan Sugar being just a few of the names getting involved in this year’s appeal.
The Eastenders cast members will be leading a tribute to rock legends Queen, while Lord Sugar will be leaving his beloved boardroom to pitch an idea to the dragons of Dragons’ Den. Reeves and Mortimer have recorded a number of sketches to be played throughout the evening.
As always a teaser of the Doctor Who Christmas Special will feature on the night and for all Muppet fans, the Jen Henson creations will be joined by a number of celebs including Gary Lineker, Davina McCall and Harry Hill for a rendition of “Menah, Menah”.
Other musical highlights of the night will include the Gary Barlow led performance of the official CIN single, Teardrop, as well as performances from Susan Boyle, One Direction, JLS and Westlife.
