McFly's Harry Judd and Lulu in the running for Strictly
McFly The line-up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing has been revealed.
According to The Sun, sixties pop star Lulu and McFly drummer Harry Judd will compete with several other famous faces.
Former Neighbours stars Jason Donovan and Holly Valance are rumoured to appear alongside impressionist Rory Bremner, former MP Edwina Currie, astrologer Russell Grant and The One Show presenter Alex Jones.
Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey is also said to be taking part, along with sports presenter Dan Lobb, former Eastenders actress Anita Dobson and Sven Goran Eriksson’s ex-partner Nancy Dell’Olio.
Harry Judd has performed on the Strictly dancefloor before, in last year’s Children In Need special alongside professional dancer Ola Jordan.
Strictly’s judging panel of Len Goodman, Alesha Dixon, Craig Revel-Horwood and Bruno Tonioli all return for the ninth series of the show.
The first edition is due to be screened on September 30 as the first part of a double bill.
Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly return to host, with a special show on November 19 coming from Wembley Arena. Zoe Ball will host Strictly’s spin-off show It Takes Two.
The final will be screened in 3D from Blackpool’s Tower Ballroom in December.
