Jedward enter Big Brother house tomorrow
Jedward Irish duo Jedward are to appear in Celebrity Big Brother, their manager Louis Walsh has confirmed.
The singing duo, formally known as John and Edward Grimes, have signed a huge pay deal for the re-launch of the show on Channel Five.
It was thought it was the end for Big Brother when Channel Four dropped the series. But Channel Five have stepped into the breech and there is already excitement amongst the show’s fans which begins On Thursday.
Louis - who has managed the band since they shot to fame with their unique performances on X Factor - said: “It’s a great move for them.
“They're getting paid a lot of money for it and everyone loves them."
The show will be hosted by former housemate Brian Dowling who said: "I want the housemates to have loads of fun." But he wants them to be on their best behaviour to avoid any “uncomfortable” viewing.
Jedward will be joined in the house by Kerry Katona and her mother Sue along with Pamela Anderson.
But producers were involved in late talks after it was rumoured The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs and ex S Club 7 singer Jo O Meara have walked out on the show.
