Zoe Saldana Talks About Sex Scene Experiences
Zoe Saldana The actress relishes in her status as a female action star. She enjoys starring in high octane movies with a mostly-male cast, such as her latest film The Losers. The movie is about a team of CIA black operatives who make it their mission to discover who betrayed them. Zoe plays Aisha, and appears naked in a scene with Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
She insists it wasn’t that hard to film as Jeffrey put her at ease, adding not all actors would have been so gallant in his position. “It helps when you get along with the actor and Jeffrey was such a gentleman and so respectful because – trust me – as a woman, try doing that with a frickin' p***k! Been there, and it's not a good day at work,” she said. “You're the only one that's naked and you have to act like you're not aware that you're naked and, not only that, you have to flip your hair and have an orgasm. It's really no fun. So when you work with a good director and a good actor, that makes it seem like a regular Tuesday, and then love scenes are like any other fight scenes.”
Zoe is the only woman in the movie, which she loves. The part made her feel “sexy” because she was always surrounded by men, and she enjoyed shooting the action sequences.
Martial artist Garrett Warren was brought in to train the cast members for their stunts, and Zoe loves working with him. They also teamed up for Avatar, so Garrett knew how to train Zoe’s body to get the results he wanted.
“I did full weaponry training and learned how to plant a pretty lethal kick, which really paid off. I pretty much pulled off half of my stunts instead of just reading the paper all day,” she told British newspaper The Independent. “For the fight scene with Jeffrey, I could have done it in black Gucci boots, too. But they wanted no heels, so I just thought, ‘OK, heels or no heels, a woman can still kick a man's a*s if she wants.’ ”
