What A Star: Russell Crowe Drinks Vodka Until 7AM
Russell Crowe He was accompanied to the ceremony by his wife Danielle Spencer and their children Charlie and Tennyson. Russell was thrilled to receive a star and celebrated until the early hours with Danielle.
"We were still outside with a vodka at seven in the morning... that's why I married the girl," Russell told British talk show host Jonathan Ross.
Although his wife is wholly supportive of his successful career, the Oscar-winning actor admits his children aren’t always so impressed. Russell recently took Charlie, six, and three-year-old Tennyson to watch him in new film Robin Hood, in which he takes the title role. It was the first time his kids had seen him in a movie on the big screen and he had expected them to be thrilled by the action-packed tale based on English folklore. Russell revealed: “They said to me, ‘Can we go home now, dad?’"
Russell also confessed he is keen to make a Robin Hood sequel and is considering starring in a sequel to Master & Commander.
