Pete Wentz urinated outdoors for an entire year because it made him feel “in tune” with nature.

The Fall Out Boy rocker decided to stop using the toilet in the Los Angeles home he shared with wife Ashlee Simpson just after their son Bronx was born in November 2008. He continued to relieve himself in his backyard until late last year, and says it made him feel much closer to the earth.

“i love peeing outdoors it makes me feel more in tune w/ nature. did it for an entire year (sic), the 30-year-old star wrote on his Twitter page.

After that post, Pete’s musings became increasingly bizarre. He wrote about astronauts, French vocabulary and spelling errors before turning his attention to old-fashioned weaponry.

“I really wish bayonettes were primary weapons still. I feel like I'd be good at using one and its be practical home defense. I mean you don't bayonette somebody by accident and noone gets killed cleaning a bayonette (sic),” he wrote.
