Ellen DeGeneres Only Started Sending Text Messages Last Year
However, she got tired of being teased by her friends and family and so finally decided to learn how to use her cell phone properly several months ago.
“One of the things you wouldn’t know about me is that I only learned to text last year, LOL!” she giggled.
The 52-year-old TV star is more than happy to share her secrets with fans, insisting she has nothing to hide from anyone. She has revealed she loves moving house so much she has lived in five different places in the last seven years, and always turns up early for meetings.
Ellen also loves animals, and is a strict vegan. She and her wife Portia de Rossi have several fish in their pond at home, and have named each one.
“They are called Charlotte, Hermit, Almost Pretty – Pretty passed away, and we got another that’s not quite as pretty but similar – Sarah Jessica Parker, Anyway, Prince, Michael Jackson, Phil, Linda, Patch, Bubbles and Bubbles’ stand-in,” she explained.
