Kelly Osbourne used to call her mother ‘Russell’ because she would wake up at 3am to find her cleaning her bedroom in the dark.
The 25-year-old reality star says Sharon Osbourne is so obsessed with tidying, she can’t sleep at night. As a child, Kelly claims she was often awoken by the sounds of her mother sorting through her belongings in the early hours of the morning.
“I use to call my mum Russell because I would wake up at 3am and she would be in my room rustling around organising (sic),” Kelly wrote on her Twitter page.
Kelly now lives in her own home in Los Angeles, but claims Sharon still tries to clean up whenever she comes over. Kelly admits her mother’s behaviour drives her “nuts” because she just wants to spend quality time with her.
“Cleaning my house my mum is on her way over to get ready for tonight and I really dont want her to come here and start cleaning ahhhhhh! or opening draws and saying 'why do you have this?' it drives me nuts!
“but all cleaning aside i have not seen my mum is almost 3 weeks i cant wait to see her and give her a cuddle! (sic),” she wrote.
