Amy Winehouse Plays Barmaid At London Pub
The singer is a regular at The Dublin Castle in the Camden area of the English city, and decided to go behind the bar to help out busy staff during a visit on Tuesday. Customers were impressed with her serving ability, but one was left shocked when she took a jokey comment seriously.
As Amy began getting the gent his drink, he made a light-hearted comment about her career. The singer is currently working on her third album, with her last record released in 2006. “At least she’s quicker at pulling pints than she is at writing songs,” the man giggled.
Amy was not impressed, and refused to hand over his change before giving him a tongue-lashing.
Aside from that incident, the 26-year-old was well-behaved. She drank shots of alcohol Tequila Gold while working, and chatted happily with regulars.
“She was on pretty good form,” a source told British newspaper The Sun. “She agreed to pull pints to keep the management happy. She was pretty quick behind the bar although she got a few orders wrong. She gave people vodka when they asked for gin.”
