Jordan Peter, 37, yesterday confessed to bedding blonde beauty Maddy Ford, 30, eight days after divorcing Katie last October. He has previously insisted he was celibate for the sake of the children he raises with Katie, and would only start a new sexual relationship when the time was right for them.
“Finally this news will show a side to Peter that has never come out before – no more Mr. Nice Guy,” Katie said. “This story just shows his true colours, he is not the perfect man like he claims to be, he’s a liar.”
Katie, 31, admitted she hadn’t been an “angel” since the end of her marriage, but claims she never tried to pretend she was one. She said she has been completely honest in her relationship with new husband Alex Reid, and wishes Peter could have done the same.
“I have never deceived anyone,” she told British newspaper The Sun. “Nobody can knock the fact that I have been up front from the word go about my relationship with Alex.
“I made it clear the moment I was with someone else. All that time Peter has been on my back about what I have been getting up to with Alex – but he is no different.”
Peter was furious with Katie’s comments, insisting he had never pretended to be “pure”.
He has now renewed his vow of celibacy for the sake of the children he raises with Katie, Harvey, seven, Junior, four and two-year Princess Tiaamii.
“Yes I had sex, but only after my divorce came though,” he told British newspaper the Daily Mirror. “I dipped my toe back into the water and got badly burnt. I’m gutted, but I got it out of my system. I don’t want to go there with anyone else again now, not unless I know it’s serious. The children are my priority and always will be – not a new woman.”
