Tori Spelling says American football is like a foreign language to her.
The 36-year-old actress was keen to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday, but had no idea about the rules of the game. Tori’s husband Dean McDermott made an effort to explain the fundamental aspects involved in the popular contact sport, but the blonde star was left none the wiser about what was going on. After Dean’s tutorial, Tori admitted she wished she had remained in the kitchen preparing snacks.
“nevr had anyone patiently try2explain football2 me.Bless @Deanracer's heart.But its lk he's speakin latin.cnt I just stick 2 makin the dips? (sic)” she wrote on her Twitter account.
Earlier in the day, Tori revealed she was planning to tune into the Super Bowl to see the New Orleans Saints take on the Indianapolis Colts. The mother-of-two also encouraged followers of her Twitter account to cheer on the two teams.
She wrote: “Who's watching the #Super Bowl? Are you rooting for the Colts or the Saints?”
