She eventually lost control of her personal and professional affairs, which her father Jamie and lawyer Andrew Wallet still look after.
In the run-up to her breakdown, Britney took to wearing strange wigs, hats and disguises when she left her house. Jamie Lynn has now reportedly started to do the same, causing those close to her to worry she could be struggling to cope. “In the months leading up to Britney’s 2008 breakdown she started wearing wigs and various wacky outfits on nights out,” a source told Look magazine. “So when we see Jamie Lynn doing the same, it’s natural to worry about her well-being. It’s very strange behaviour, but alarmingly familiar. And who keeps their woolly hat on when they’re inside a nightclub anyway?”
Jamie Lynn found fame starring in American show Zoey 101. When she was 16 she announced she was pregnant by her boyfriend Casey Aldridge and her career began to dry up. Now mother to 19-month-old daughter Maddie, Jamie is said to be enjoying going to clubs with her friends.
“She has never shied away from attention, but recently she seems wilder than usual. She’s young and will naturally want to have fun, but clubbing is new for her – especially in such an odd get up,” the source said.
Jamie Lynn and Britney’s mother Lynne recently flew to Los Angeles to be with her elder daughter after it was announced the conservatorship she is currently under would not be ending last month as Britney had expected. It has been claimed Jamie Lynn could be “acting up” as she misses her family.
