Jessica Simpson is searching the hospital treating her grandmother for a “hot doctor” who looks like George Clooney.

The singer has spent much of the past four days sitting by her grandmother’s bedside after the elderly woman had surgery to remove a tumour. The 29-year-old star is starting to get bored, and so has left her relative’s room in search of good-looking physicians who look like those on TV shows like ER and Gray’s Anatomy.

“Bored at the hospital. I think I'm gonna go look for some hot doctors..Mc Dreamy?Mc Steamy?Clooney? Let the search begin....(sic),” she wrote on her Twitter page.

Earlier in the week, Jessica was shocked when a doctor approached her to tell her she had misspelled the word “orgasm” on her Twitter page. After a long day at the hospital, she had posted a message reading: “You can fake an orgasim but you can't fake laughter. Bob Dylan (sic).”

Her fans quickly sent her messages correcting her spelling, but one web-savvy physician beat them all to it. Minutes after Jessica posted the quote, he approached her inform her of her error, prompting the blonde star to write: “I meant ‘orgasm’ not orgasim... one of the cute doctors here at the hospital informed me of my misspelled tweet. Hmm... was he hitting on me?”
