Sandra Bullock Sandra Bullock has splashed out a reported $23m on a spectacular Beverly Hills mansion.
The Oscar-winning actress has purchased the stunning Tudor-style property as the perfect place to start afresh following her 2010 split from cheating ex-hubby Jesse James.
There is plenty of space for The Blind Side star and adopted 17-month-old son Louis in the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom luxury pad, which is set in 4.1 acres of land and has panoramic views from downtown LA to the Pacific Ocean.
“It will take her a year to remodel the mansion and get it just how she wants it,” an insider said.
“It's a big project, but when she’s done it will be spectacular.”
Bullock’s new home also has its own private screening-room, a master bedroom with dual bathrooms, staff quarters, and a poolside pavilion.
