The Kardashian sisters have reportedly removed their backing from a pre-paid credit card amid allegations that it comes with hidden fees.

Khloe, Kourtney and Kim were due to launch the Kardashian Kard, but according to TMZ, they signed a notice of termination, claiming to be unhappy about the 'negative spotlight' that has surrounded the card since an investigation into its charges was launched.

The card reportedly costs $9.95 to own, and an additional monthly payment of $7.95. It allegedly even costs $1.50 just to top it up.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Kardashian lawyers wrote, "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults."

The lawyers said that the investigation "threatens everything for which [The Kardashians] have worked" so the family has decided to "terminate the agreement... effective immediately."
