Omelettes and water aerobics on offer for LiLo in rehab

Lindsay Lohan A typical day at the Betty Ford Centre in California, where Lindsay Lohan is being treated, includes meditation, chores and group therapy, says a source who has gone through the program.
The source told Radar Online that a normal day at the facility begins at 7 am with cereal, pancakes, fresh fruit or an omelette on the menu for breakfast.
Group therapy, individual therapy and "grief group" are also said to be part of the daily agenda.
If the 24-year-old star feels like working up a sweat, patients are reportedly allowed time in the gym or water aerobics.
Lights go out at 10pm and Lohan’s family will reputedly not be allowed to visit her until her third week.
The troubled actress entered rehab last week after failing a drug test and being briefly jailed.
