Ashley Tisdale: 'I eat a lot of food!'
Ashley Tisdale Tisdale told UsMagazine.com: "The guys are like, 'You eat more than we do!' It's kind of crazy.
"I eat food for the energy, and obviously I have to eat a lot because I'm burning so much."
But the 25-year-old admits she cuts out some foods and instead eats six meals a day which usually consist of apples, celery and hummus, as well as protein rich foods, such as steak.
Tisdale burns it off in her one-hour kickboxing and weight lifting sessions, which she does six days a week.
She said: "Weight training is great for toning up and leaning up without bulking up but the kickboxing is really amazing because it just works everything at once."
And her work-outs seem to be paying off.
She added: "It's not really about weight loss but I can see the difference.
"I'm really toned and leaner and it feels good!"
