Josh Duhamel: Lucky in love
Josh Duhamel The 37-year-old actor, who married the Black Eyed Peas singer in January 2009, told reporters at yesterday's New York press conference for his new flick: "I just look for a really nice a***!"
But he was quick to add that he loves his 35-year-old wife's inner-beauty as well.
He said: "You grow up and you realise that it isn't just about the aesthetic.
"It's about whether or not that person makes you better and whether or not that person makes you happy – you're lucky if you can find it."
But the Transformers star said the character he plays in his new movie is not so lucky, as he gets caught in a love triangle between his bride, played by Anna Paquin, and her maid of honour, played by Katie Holmes.
And he said the film’s storyline makes him feel grateful for his own wedding to the Nine star.
He said: "It makes me appreciate my wedding.
"It makes me appreciate that I knew going in that I was with the one that I wanted to be with."
