The 43 year-old - who has two kids, Brandon, 14, and Dylan, 13, with ex-husband Tommy Lee - isn't actively looking for someone at the moment.
The former Baywatch actress told UK's OK! Magazine: "I've been restraining myself and being very choosy as I'm concentrating on looking after my children just now. Something will happen when it's supposed to happen but for now I'm busy looking after my boys."
But when asked about what she thinks of British men, Anderson admits they are good for flirting with.
She said: "I need to meet more. I do have a few gorgeous British friends who are nice to flirt with, although I live too far away to get anything meaningful going here."
