Fergie: I’m always on planes
The singer married actor Josh Duhamel in a romantic ceremony in Malibu last year. The pair are madly in love but are currently conducting a long-distance romance because their work has taken them to different cities.
Fergie is on tour with her band the Black Eyed Peas and recording her new solo album by night, while Josh is in Chicago shooting Transformers 3. As soon as she has a free day Fergie flies out to visit Josh on set, and although it has been difficult, friends say the couple are making it work.
“She’s been recording around the clock. They’ll do a concert and she’ll go to the studio after. On her off days she flies in to be with Josh,” a source said.
Fergie admits her schedule has been packed, but insists she is enjoying it. She says she will make time to start a family later, but is just getting on with her life until then,
“My plate is full. I’m riding this wave man. But I want children,” she told Us Weekly magazine.
