Kate Hudson: I carry love crystal everywhere
Kate Hudson The actress is very close to her family, especially her mother Goldie Hawn. It was Goldie who gifted her the crystal and it has come to be very important in Kate’s life.
“I have a crystal my mom gave me for Christmas years ago and I take it everywhere with me. She’s really into energy and stones,” Kate explained. “It’s rose quartz, it’s heart-shaped and it represents love.”
Kate always takes things which remind her of her family with her when she travels for work. She has six-year-old son Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson, and finds it important to stay close to her loved ones even when they are separated.
“I take family photos with me when I travel. I’m sentimental about things like that,” she explained to the British edition of Elle magazine. “I’ve saved cards from my grandmother and my mother writes beautiful letters. There’s something nice about seeing your parent’s handwriting when you’re away.”
