Cheryl Cole loves LA life
Cheryl Cole The Girls Aloud singer is currently in America with her dancer friend Derek Hough as she gets over the bout of malaria which hospitalised her earlier this year. The star is due to return to the UK before long so she can resume her role as a judge on talent contest The X Factor, but she is said to be dreading the time when she will need to leave the city.
“Cheryl doesn’t really want to leave sunny LA. She’s so relaxed and she can just be a normal person there – everywhere she goes in London she has people pointing at her, making her feel as if she’s in a goldfish bowl,” a source explained.
The 27-year-old is in the middle of divorcing her soccer player spouse Ashley Cole following claims he was unfaithful with a string of women. Cheryl apparently loves being away from the drama in her life, especially as people in America don’t know what has been happening to her personally.
“She’s had such a tough year, and this is the first time she’s been able to unwind so she’s planning on staying in LA for as long as possible,” the source added to Closer magazine.
