Kelly Osbourne Kelly Osbourne has dished on her workout regime after hitting the Emmys over the weekend in a sleek, figure-hugging gown.
The 25-year-old lost three stone during her stint on Dancing with the Stars earlier this year. Away from the ballroom, Osbourne says she has kept the weight off by hitting the gym regularly, but doesn’t go overboard with her workouts.
“Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day – nothing too crazy,” she told People.
“My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.”
The media personality is set to grace the small screen again, and will join comedian Joan Rivers as a panellist for the Fashion Police.
