Cameron Diaz celebrates birthday with A-Rod
The actress and the baseball player have been inseparable since they met at a Miami Super Bowl party in February. There have been repeated reports they are dating and madly in love, but both Cameron and Alex have frequently insisted they are just friends.
The couple, who often go to extreme lengths to avoid being photographed together, seemed unafraid of paparazzi pictures last night. They arrived at New York’s The Lion restaurant together, with Cameron’s tight black plunging mini-dress attracting admiring gazes from both men and women.
After a long romantic meal to celebrate Cameron’s birthday, the couple were seen leaving together, laughing and smiling.
They then went to Alex’s apartment in the city’s famous 15 Central Park West building, but separated as soon as they saw photographers waiting outside the residence.
Alex has previously dated Madonna and Kate Hudson, while Cameron was in a long-term relationship with Justin Timberlake.
