Usher: My kids will be stars
Usher The 31-year-old R&B singer has two children, Usher, two and Naviyd, with his ex-wife Tameka Foster. He spends as much time with the tots as possible, and particularly enjoys taking them to the recording studio with him.
Usher says his eldest son Usher enjoys singing along to his father’s songs, while Naviyd is more of a dancer. The tot is yet to develop moves to rival his father’s but Usher doesn’t think it will take long.
“I take them to the studio. Usher will sing and Naviyd will be in the corner bouncing. He can’t really boogie like I can – yet,” Usher laughed to Us Weekly magazine.
Usher frequently gushes about his children. He has said they are his inspiration and has now claimed they are the reason he is so successful.
“The greatest secret to my success is my kids,” he said. “They recharge me to go into the world and kill it every single day.”
