Joel Madden wants Wentz love interest
Joel Madden Joel and his twin brother Benji are currently shooting the promo for their band’s new single Like It’s Her Birthday in a Los Angeles studio. The song is about a man who follows his girlfriend to a club because he suspects she’s cheating on him but ends up discovering she is just a crazy party animal.
Joel has enjoyed filming the clip, but thinks an appearance from Fall Out Boy rocker Pete would really improve it.
“Just finished the first day of ‘Like it's her birthday’ video shoot. @petewentz wanna come be in our video tomorrow night as 1 of my main love interests? (sic),” Joel wrote on his Twitter page.
Pete was unsure about the suggestion, saying he was worried about how his son Bronx, 21 months, and Joel’s two-year-old daughter Harlow would react to seeing them getting intimate.
“@JoelMadden i cant decide who'd be more confused harlow or bronx? (sic),” Pete wrote.
Joel told Pete not to worry about their kids. He joked that seeing their fathers’ fooling around would seem completely normal to the tots.
“sadly probably neither one. it would just be another monday night (sic),” Joel wrote.
Bronx is Pete’s child with wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, while Harlow is Joel’s daughter with his fiancée Nicole Richie. Joel and Nicole also have an 11-month-old son Sparrow.
