Christina Applegate signs up for cancer charity telethon

Christina Applegate Christina Applegate and Michael C Hall are among the stars that will perform at a fundraising event.
Stand Up To Cancer's latest telethon will take place on September 10 and stars including Lance Armstrong, Maura Tierney, Robin Roberts, Marissa Jaret Winokur and Ethan Zohn have already signed up for the show.
According to E! Online, the show is being hosted by Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer and Brian Williams, and it will be shown on E! as well as The Style Network, G4, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and HBO.
There will be performances from Queen Latifah as well as appearances from the Simpsons, Reese Witherspoon and Sally Field.
