Lily Allen The 25-year-old singer is expecting her first child with her builder boyfriend Sam Cooper early next year. Lily and Sam, 32, currently live in an apartment in London but are keen to move out of the capital before they become parents.
They have put their property on the market for £1.35 million and are searching for a big family home in the Cotswolds, near Lily’s father Keith Allen. Lily and Sam are said to be looking for a large house set on several acres of land where they can start their family away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lily is also keen to escape the paparazzi, who camp outside her London home most of the time.
The couple have reportedly told friends they are willing to spend up to £2 million to get their perfect property.
Lily announced she was pregnant earlier this month. She is thrilled with the news as she has publicly expressed her desire to be a mother for several years.
