Hilary Duff’s wedding was “beautiful”
Hilary Duff Hailie tweeted: "What a special weekend filled with love and beautiful memories."
Hilary, 22 - who wore a strapless mermaid-style dress by renowned wedding gown designer Vera Wang - was walked down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff and was accompanied by five bridesmaids, including Haylie.
One guest at the wedding agreed with Haylie, saying: "It was one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever seen. Absolutely stunning. They thought of every last detail and it was an incredible sight."
The couple - who started dating in 2007 - got engaged in February after Mike, 29, proposed in Hawaii.
The pair exchanged vows at the sprawling Villa La Quinta estate just outside of Santa Barbara – where Hilary walked down a candlelit aisle covered in white roses - and spent their first night as a married couple at the famed San Ysidro Ranch nearby.
According to a source, the couple chose the ranch - where the late American President John F. Kennedy and his wife Jackie spent their honeymoon - for "its sense of old Hollywood glamour and romantic style."
